That is excellent God, however, my advice to you would be not to go to a (muscle) gym that is the last thing you need. Muscle build will make you less mobile and less flexible and make your practice more difficult and thus more tiring. If you are serious i can show you what you need to do But you have to state your intent. R u serious?

There is no need for commentaries. Simply state if you are serious.
We will identify those who put maximum effort into achieving (regardless of how good they are) for the most attention. The Individuals attention to effort and detail in training practice will be recipricated.
Seems the timing is perfect. Soon Flying Squad will have a group of dedicated athletes who understand the realities of what it takes to achieve a high level of physical ability. Then we will see some truly good stuff.

It aint about how good you are, it's about getting fitter, stronger & more flexible. And adding training discipline to everyones jumping experience. Many FS members dont know what to do or havnt got the confidence to drill at SB. This is what we are hoping to change for the benefit of everyone. Once everyone becomes familiar with the techniques hopefully it will become more common to see people working on drills. It can only make the individual better.

i think when i train i am serious, cos like i must admit my approach is dangerous but an effective one, i always say "why not give it a go" which works but even though i am using all my focus and engery i guess one day it will prove dangerous

That is excellent God, however, my advice to you would be not to go to a (muscle) gym that is the last thing you need. Muscle build will make you less mobile and less flexible and make your practice more difficult and thus more tiring. Well I guess with Theo's mention of kong precisions and slpit-foot kongs, it is a gymnastics gym rather than a work out gym. But I agree with you, parkour is not just about getting muscle, its about gaining strength and flexibility in equal amounts. And no offence to him but when Jungle was in EasyScape, I noticed that his ability for doing the moves were great but because of his build, was not able to do them too fluidly, he looked too rigid when doing moves but it seems he is making up in fludity now-a-days. There is no need for commentaries. Simply state if you are serious..... Wow Fogs is really getting serious about being serious lol. Was there anything that influenced this sudden burst of seriousness or just the fact that we're soon approaching spring and want to get back into serious training after the mucking about during the winter months? i dunno if im serious... i mean im rubbish i cant do anything but ill give it ago Jungle don't be so negative, you would be awesome if it weren't for all those injuries like I would have been better at PK if it weren't for mine. Don't worry, you're a fast learner, you'll pick up all your skills again in next to no time.
