thats personally a stupid question... of course it is, it gives you something to train towards. for e.g. i idolise certain people if they have moves i dont, i learn it so i can at least work towards that standard, from there, onto harder things. take it in steps and sets achievable goals, e.g dont try and double back, or full-twisting back if u cant back somi easily or comforatbly.

yeah you mite think that but some peeps think dif like fogs thats why i am asking Rabbit never quote me like that again. What do you think you are doing. You havnt got a clue what i think about goal setting. I said 1 sentence to you in the middle of you talking non-stop for 10 minutes while we crossed Millenium bridge. And it seems you've still managed to misunderstand what i said. NEVER quote me again, simply on what you think you heard. Show some respect and dont put words into my mouth again. take it in steps and sets achievable goals,. I agree. It's totally subjective. long term goals can be more easily achieved than short term goals Goal setting could be fantastic or disappointing it depends on how realistic the individual is about what they can achieve. Definitely isnt essential. Depends on the individual character and what you aim to achieve how much time you allow yourself, degree of difficulty and individual ability to achieve the goals that are set I'm sure it works well for some people to constantly be setting goals.
