we have in our samplers and vids, very little input in the way we think things are done wrong or not as gud as can be by that person, and thus leaves no negative feedback.
now fom me personally, i love getting bigged up about what people say about my vids, and how good they mite be, who doesnt? but that doesnt mean im happy with all the comments i reiceve. to you all this might mean u watch my vid and thinks its flawless, but i know that there are many things that could have been done better, and i look to you all to tell me.
what im trying to say is as much as i know that there are some people who admire some of the stuff that people do, they might admire so much they are unwilling to let them know what they think personally mite have been better of cud have been, be it editing, music or performance... im asking those to not be afraid of letting the people u class as "talented" or "better then most" get past for they also make mistakes or cud do things better. let them know that, me being one of them. let me know what u might think i could have been better, what could have been changed. perhaps those ideas are taken and u will help make them better.
this goes for everyone... not just the "higher" people. just dont be afraid to leave negative feed for them, me, anyone because my point is, as much as we like being told what we want to here, what we dont want to hear is always going to be what we do to make it better.

too true mr j, there is nothing wrong with constructive criticism as long as people know what they are talking about
