It's been about 9.5 months since I last saw you guys. From what I hear, you've been busy. It sounds like each of you has 'mastered' at least one flipping technique, especially the front flip.
Can anyone tell me how this happened and what you all did to get it proper? (Individual stories are welcome.)

When I first started I was doing front flip on sofa cushions, then I tried it on grass then sand, then gym, then grass . I only got backflips (outside), wallflips and gainers (in a gym) because I had a gym to train in.

ahaha yes that gap is nuts. However i dont think you were ready for it. I think you need to be at the level where you can easily do it numerous times

Best & fastest route is to find a gymnastics club to go to. Failing that you need some friends that you can trust to spot you. Make sure you are in the right mental & physical conditition before you attempt anything dangerous.
