1.) NO Spaming 2.) NO Swering 3.) NO Posting In The Wrong Topics 4.) Try To Be Nice To Each Other 6.) Double Posting I have no problems whatsoever with you double posting. Triple posting is another matter, but I will allow it in certain instances. 7.) If a topic is closed, do not start a new topic about the same thing 8.) No flaming. IE: Berating another poster, starting arguments, etc. 9.) No bringing back old topics: If a topic has been inactive for a month or more, don't reply in it. 10.) Have fun: This is the most important rule. Have fun, and enjoy posting.

The principals of Flying Squad
Flying Squad Gym) isnt about ego or envy or superiority in any way shape or form Flying Squad is only as good as its members, when i say good i dont mean in the sense of being the best FreeRunner although it is most important that each member pushes to be as good a Traceur as possible. It is about being as good a person as you can in your life, in your interactions with other people on the planet, Trying to treat all people with respect no matter where they come from or what there beleifs. This is for Fern & me what Flying Squad is about, we get a buzz from seeing Flying Squad having a good time and developing into what it is today and what it is going to become At the moment we have a good bunch of prople involved with Flying Squad, there is a good spirit and mix of ages in the group it is just a shame that we dont get more females joining in. However im sure that will sort itself out if we, as a group, want it to. The aim of Flying Squad is to help people develop mentally and physically we aim to assist each other in personal development. Overcoming individual fear using the obsticles that we come across as we practice. FreeRunning practice helps the Traceur to sort out things in their life, the discipline involved in propper trainig and overcoming fears makes it easier to cope with the stresses that life brings. Flying Squad want those that are involved in the team to develop into strong, decent, confident people who are able through there personal development in learning from FreeRun practice that they can overcome things that may seem problematic in there lives. These aims are achievable if Flying Squad work together as a team and develop a program that will help us all to come to the realisation that we can achieve our goals in whatever we choose to do.
Want To Be A Member
New members have to prove themselves to be part of Flying Squad with the right characteristics to join in with what Flying Squad is evolving into. A person cannot just come along to one session and be claimed as a Flying Squad member. Flying Squad will accept anyone who is willing to put in as much as they get out they dont need to be any certain kind of person they simply have to have the right kind of attitude towards training & progression. To themselves and other Flying Squad members. We are all in it to assist eachother in improving personally and as a team.

no taking the piss out of each other and no c*ckyness. i dont mind having a laugh but there is a time and place and with the dangers we face on a constant basis i dont think this is a healthy attitude to have amongst each other. this applys mainly to tom and ryan and any new members so if everyone could encourage them to act in a more mature manner. flying squad is about being nice to people in general. me personally i try and be nice and polite to everyone i meet . remember the old saying 'its not what you know its who you know' and 'treat others the way you want to be treated your self'
