There is no real 'quick' way to learn handstands... it's nearly all about practice. Even if you feel like you're not progressing keep trying and you will over time

just walk around you house on your hands, do anything on your hands pracitce all teh time!
start by waling to the next room then the next ect! it works you just hav eto do it and it takes a long time but its worth it
