I would guess that some of you guys do this already but just in case some of you do'nt i'm going to say about my recent gym visit. I hav'nt been for months and the time i went before that was also months,but I've been really strongly imagining that I have been at a Gym quite often,every sight, sound, the feeling of the floor and the movement and emotions of all the excercises.
I went to the Bromley gym on friday and did the best somersaults I've ever done,Round off to back tuck without a crashmat something I've never done,landed a butterfly twist straight away about six times,got my standing back tucks much better than before and did the best backhandsprings I've ever done.
Just wanted to share that with you guys incase some of you do'nt do the imagination stuff with real detail.IT really works.
