If you havent tried this then i recommened it I do it in rock pools when im on the beach you also have alot more balance then you have in your trainers thers alot more sense of freedom and grace and reverting back to your natural status as a caveman or a hunter you will eventually have callouses on your feet for extra grip and if you can balance perfectly without shoes then you should been fine with them on
I dnt recomend it in london though who knows what you will step on
Theres more on UF homepage if you would like to read more

i have noticed a big difference when i train barefooted and then put my trainers on, i havent done much barefooted running or anything on concrete mainly on grass, have you noticed how trends change, a couple of years ago the big thing was special insoles in your trainers to give you more shock absorbtion now its barefoot or those wushu trainers with no shock absorbtion, whats next in traceurtrainertrends? one shoe on and one off?

i think barefoot training is rubbish. Whats the point??
I never really go out in barefoot anymore anyway since i evolved from a neanderthol and stopped hunting dinosaurs

Barefoot training cant be a bad thing (as long as you train in a sensible place). It can only make your feet stronger, more sensitive & durable.
