Parkour is all about progressing one-self and I thought it would be a good idea if we could have a thread where we could tell each other of our achievements in parkour and just generally how we are improving.
I'll start off but even though it isn't directly to do with parkour, I managed to go all the way to college and back without the use of my crutches. So I'm well on my way on the road to recovery so I hope to be seeing you's soon for some training.

Really pleased for you Beast, injury downtime can be extremely frustrating. It's good to read that you are almost out of the woods.
Excellent Rabbit! I believe you are going to surprise a few people with the strength and ability you are building. I'm really proud of you mate, keep up the excellent work. I can see from the effort & dedication that you put into training that you are serious about becoming good. And i know you will become good and those that stand around watching you putting in the effort to improve will learn from you. In my mind you are the perfect person to set the example to others what can be achieved with visualisation, hard work & determination to achieve your goals.
Keep at it bruv.
