yes this is true, after 2 weeks hard training so far, and 2 gym sessions, and 2 trampoline sessions... i have recieved NO injuries. this is highly unusuall in itself but to top it off, i have even managed to learn/relearn some new tricks. on the tramp in gym last night i wanted a full twist front, something i have never been able to do it, but i ended up being ablt to do a "rudi" which is one and a half so me, cant do basic but advanced... lol next, ful twisting backs, after drilling them and hepl from my mates, i finally got them off objects and even on floor. soooo happy bout that. finally corkscrew.. yes, corkscrew. i was like, i wana learn corkscrew so i went for it and did it lol, again so oldschool me. of course they all need work and ill be working them for sure, but im landing them without injuring. the last one im learning is the kick the moon followed by a second one, im working on switchinng the foot, which i can do but geting the second swing is proving hard atm, but practice will make perfect! talking about goals in an earlier thread... i set myself to learn at least the full-twist back (360 somi) in gym last night... and i did, it was achievable and so much fun, i dont evn realise im twisting now lol.
