The fact of the matter is that UF want your money plain and simple If they didnt want your money why dont they make PK Events free?? you get Social at PKevents, but you can get social with people at SB new peeps to meet coming each weekend now This is probably because it is so expensive to hire out such a big hall for that amount of time. (I havent been to one myself but...) I don't think they charged anyone for the outdoor PK events (PK1 - 9).

Ye i really enjoyed pk11 and it was only 10£ for a whol days use of a jam with people learning from other people and it's all padded unlike sb. I met loads of cool people and trained with tem and learned from them. It was great. That said i do agree with a bit of money stealing with 10£ for a t-shirt! and no doubt i love going to the southbank and training with you guys! Bring on FR1!

I was thinking of going to pk 12 but then i realised that all you are doing is paying money out to use an overcrowded gym. oh yeah! we musn't forget that you get the priveledge of waiting about an hour to do a vault!
lads why train parkour in a gym!? when your in a gym you can go absolutely nuts, but what good is that when you don't do it in the streets? you should train in realistic environments, bailin a gym and you get up again with nothing. bail in the streets and you get up again with knowledge.
as for having a FR1 event, that sounds like a brilliant idea! =D

Funnily enough I've never seen you attempt a flip outside. There's nothing wrong with gyms bailing onto your head outside does not give you knowledge. In a gym you can get back up and have another go after a bail that would put you out for the day if you did it on concrete.

bailin a gym and you get up again with nothing. bail in the streets and you get up again with knowledge. Dude, the way I see it is bail in the streets, and you get up again only with the knowlege not to do it wrong again (and injuries galore), bail in the gym you get up again with the knowlege that it didnt hurt and you can keep practicing and perfecting your technique without a big risk of doing yourself long term injury. Though in saying that, you do have to remember that your only practicing your techniques in the first place so you can take them out onto the streets...

lol lads you didn't get what i mean! i'm not saying the gym is nuts or anything, i go to a gym, what i am trying to show is that uf are basically harging you to use an overcrowded gym when you can just pay say a fiver for one night during the week.
im not saying dont go or whatever im just stating my opinion, if u wanna go then go and i hope u guys enjoy it.

UF know its overcrowded, thats part of the fun of it, having like 100 different traceurs from all over england packed together sharing stories and skills!

but at southbank there has never been 100 traceurs that have come from everywhere to share there skills!! southbank is great but u can have to much of it, thats why we go north london and battersea cos u need a change of scenery sometimes, different challenges, if you train at one place all the time you can just hit a limit, were there is no more u can do, like if bobby went only to southbakn al the time, he would be able to every single thing there is too do, and nothing to stretch himself!

a year and a half ago southbank use to atract them numbers but now days you will be lucky to get 30-50 unless its a big jam organised, 100 people paying 10 -20£ each so you can share stories and skills , stories you can share on the net and as for sharing skills thay should pay you for that, like i said all you really get is bragging rights , "i went to pk 10, look at my t shirt im a traceur, yeah i queued for half an hour to do a vault." big deal . im with crow on this one , southbank is a lot better than being overcharged to be overcrowded , thats my opinion.
