i was told by people who went to pk.11. that it was rubbish, nothing to do with parkour . 20 pounds to be packed like sardines listening to euro dance techno, a tumble track, some scaffolding , a couple of vauting horses and unfashionable cheap clothing that falls apart. cmon lads use your brains , the only thing that i can see that people get from going to these events is the bragging rights ,"i was at pk 11" "im going to pk 12" "im connected, im in the loop""look at my t-shirt". seriously lads rub your eyes, your money is going in laughing businessmans pockets who dont care about you as an individual. think about all the stuff i have done for you without taking any money think about it your 20 pounds is near enough the fare to get you to france

For the guys who went to both indoor PK events, they will probably agree with me when I say that PK11 was basically a repeat of PK10 with the exception of it being a hell of a lot more crowded. But I'm worried that, because of this reason, PK12 is going to be even worse. So I wrote an email to EZ telling him this which read:
"Hi EZ (or whoever else I'm talking to)
I've just read about the PK12 event being held in Moberly Sports Centre again. I've attended to both PK10 and PK11. PK10 was absolutely awesome, yet PK11 was like watching a movie in the cinema for the second time, it was basically the same stuff and what with the music kicking in half-way through (I know this wasn't your fault) and the overcrowding (the queues were despicable), it made the whole experience even less special.
I've seen the outdoor PK events on video, and I never managed to go to one of them, when will we get more of them and why did you stop them in the first place?
One last thing, this time I hope you've got something new and special up your sleeve to keep us paying tracuers interested because an inflatable runway and the like will not keep us coming back...
Hope to hear from you soon
Beast"
And within a few hours I got a reply...
"Hi Richard, we are looking to address the glitches from both. This will be evident with new and specific obstacles being constructed and numbers of participants being capped at a lower number.
Best Ez"
I don't know whether this would sway any of you's into going, but I doubt I'll be going...
(also notice that he only answers the questions that relate to the PK12 even and nothing else which to me feels like he only replied to me as he wants me to change my opinion of the event so I'll pay and go and none of the other questions are worth answering(or is this just me?))

I wonder when some of you are going to wise up and stop getting mugged by the PK events. You are being mugged for £10 They must laugh at you. If there is no reference to pk12 you are not being informed about pk12.
Should start a society for the protection of pk event victims you are certainly a very vulnerable and easily influenced group.

it aint being mugged, i am choosing to go off my own back, at pk11 i met loads of new people and made lotts of contacts, it doesnt have to be the best place in the world to do pk, or like the most spacious, i go for other reasons than just pk!

You can choose to go but still be mugged!
Good luck to you mate if you think it is okay, Even the kids are starting to realise that uf are taking advantage of naive & inexperienced youngsters. They simply want to brand you with uf while they put a hand into your pocket and fleece you.
If uf hadnt been on TV none of you would be concerned for what they are doing. You are being bamboozled by glamour. If you're very lucky you might get a free uf t-shirt for £20.
any of you could learn more from 1 weekend at SB, for free, than you will ever learn at a pk event.
Quick! call the cops, another naive traceur has been willingly MUGGED! at a pk event.
