Hello. Thought i would join in at last. I am a newbie/noob and I would really like someone to show me how to jump from building roof to building roof. You guys are like Spiderman! Don't you get scared? 
Do you have a uniform so i can spot you guys at South Bank easily?
Seriously though, everyone doesn't have to do the same thing. Basingstoke for tricksters, London for traceurs. thepkkid if you wanna train, you have to focus and not keep going to buy food from Sainsburys and going for sheesha at the earliest opportunity. ;D Peace out.
