Hey i like to do kongs and so do most of you but dose anybody no any other ways of inproving them E.g the power of the kong dose anyone no how to make my kongs more strong. sec e.g anyone got any tips on how to know longer things. third e.g dose anyone know how i could get more push away from the obstiacle no pis take plz i wouldjust like some help impoving thanks

hell yeah, i think my kongs are the best i have atm, ive never been better. basically you have to be TOTALLY confident at kongs, meaning you are not scared about catching your feet or anything... 2) you need to learn to not slow down AT ALL on your approach, as this slows evertyhing down 3) stamping on take off is a NO NO, you need to get a feel and use your power while in running, and not slowing down 4) Dip when running up to the object, so that when you do kong, you get that little extra power on the up and you can push that little bit more on the object your konging.
in distance kongs... you need to take of as late as possible, and dive as far as possible.
i personally take running strides to the object and the kinda baby feet on take of, which is almost like 2 steps one after the other in succesion. have a look at my last vid to see what i mean.
TBH kongs- distance, power take off is all in the TECHNIQUE! once you have the technique you really dont need that much power or speed for that fact. so drill until your comfortable with it all.

Jungle pretty much explained it all there but remember to really push off with your hands to get more distance off the kong.
